Any referral rewards earned through the Seed program are based on actual subscription sales and depend entirely on individual effort, skill, market conditions, and time invested.

What you should know before participating

• Most participants earn little or no income from the Seed referral program. Selling subscriptions is hard work and most people who try do not generate meaningful referral income.
• There is no guaranteed payout, no "matrix cycling bonus" independent of real sales, and no promise of return on your subscription fee.
• Your subscription fee is for the software product — access to the platform, tools, and education. It is not an investment and it is not refundable based on referral performance.
• Past results are not predictive. Any testimonials or examples shown represent individual experiences and are not typical.

Statutory disclosures

WealthCii is not a security, an investment contract, a franchise, or a business opportunity offering as defined under U.S. federal or state law. The Seed program pays referral commissions on bona fide retail sales of a subscription product; participation in the referral program is optional and is not a condition of using the Platform.
