WealthCii subscriptions (Core and Seed) are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law (for example, statutory cooling-off periods in certain jurisdictions).
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged again.
If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation), email support@wealthcii.com within 30 days and we will issue a refund for the erroneous charge.
Referral rewards earned through the Seed program are not refundable once paid out to your wallet. If a referred subscription is refunded or charged back, the corresponding referral reward will be reversed.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country or state.
