Earnings Policy

This Earnings Policy explains how the Seed referral program works, how rewards are calculated, and the conditions under which they are paid. Read it together with our Income Disclaimer.

1. Eligibility

• An active WealthCii Core subscription ($9.99/month) is required at all times.
• An active Seed subscription ($49.99/month) is required to earn Seed rewards.
• You must comply with the Terms of Service and our promotional guidelines.

2. What earns rewards

Rewards are paid only on actual paid subscription sales of WealthCii products to new subscribers you refer. Recruitment alone, without a real subscription purchase, never earns a reward.

3. Matrix structure

Seed participants are placed in a 5×5 forced matrix (up to 5 frontline per sponsor, up to 5 levels deep). When your frontline is full, new referrals spill over to your downline using breadth-first placement. Placement is automatic.

4. Reward triggers

• Rewards accrue when a referred user's subscription payment clears.
• Rewards are reversed if the referred user is refunded or charged back.
• Rewards stop accruing if a referred user cancels.

5. Payouts

• Accrued rewards appear in your wallet balance.
• Minimum payout threshold and payout schedule are shown in your wallet.
• Payouts require completed KYC and tax information where required.

6. Caps and adjustments

WealthCii may adjust commission rates, caps, or payout schedules from time to time with reasonable notice. Adjustments apply prospectively.

7. Prohibited conduct

Rewards will be forfeited for, among other things:

• Creating fake accounts or self-referrals.
• Paid traffic that violates our promotional guidelines.
• Misrepresenting earnings potential.
• Spam, deceptive marketing, or unsolicited outreach.
