Terms of Service

Welcome to WealthCii. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WealthCii website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. What WealthCii is

WealthCii is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides entrepreneur education, productivity tools, community features, and optional referral rewards. WealthCii is not an investment product, a security, a franchise, or a guarantee of income.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account secure.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• WealthCii Core ($9.99/month) provides baseline access to the platform, education library, and community features.
• The Seed ($49.99/month) is an optional premium subscription that adds advanced tools and access to the Seed referral program. An active Core subscription is required.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. See our Refund Policy.

4. Referral rewards (Seed program)

The Seed program pays optional referral rewards when you introduce new paying subscribers to WealthCii. Rewards are paid for actual sales of a SaaS subscription, not for recruitment alone. Rewards are not guaranteed. Most participants earn little or no income. See our Income Disclaimer and Earnings Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent the Platform, its features, or potential earnings.
• Promote WealthCii using deceptive, spam, or unsolicited tactics.
• Create fake accounts or attempt to game the referral system.
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes or to harm others.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including forfeiture of any pending rewards. You may close your account at any time.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WealthCii's liability is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees over the prior 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
